love my city too!!
I love Chicago! I haven't been in to the Shedd in a few years though. :(
Beautiful pictures!!
We were just in Chicago recently too and went to Shedd (some day maybe I'll get a post up about it), but I have to ask... HOW did you get such a GREAT picture of your kids in front of the aquarium? I thought my pics were okay, but WOW, that is a fabulous picture!!
I love that first shot..Looks like fun!
Cool shots! I bet you had a lot of fun.
We've been wanting to go to Chicago. Looks like fun!
I got the robot toddler bedding from Target for $15. It included the sheet set too.
I just read this post and have to say that we just got back from Chicago. Loved it and hoping to go back next year. We went the Shedd and what a beautiful place.
I am curious about the pics too mine didn't come out so great.
Popped in from Susie's Homemade to say hi1 It sounds like you had a wonderful time!
I've been to Chicago once and its a beautiful city.
that shadow one was just soooo cute!
Thanks all for the comments. Regarding the picture taken inside Shedd I set my digital camera to auto, chose the high ISO setting and turned off the flash (no flash photography allowed inside the building). A high ISO is better for low-light situations like inside the aquarium. I just have a normal PowerShot Canon camera, nothing fancy. The pictures turned out pretty good, but like you said, due to the low light and fast moving fish, it is hard to take a good picture.
What great pictures!
Looks like fun!
Thanks for linking up at my blog at Wordless Wedneday!
