Spring ends in a month and I am ashamed to admit I haven't really started my "spring cleaning." I hardly have the time to get my regular cleaning done. By the time I get the house remotely picked up I'm tired and would rather not think about dragging out all the cleaning products to tackle the detail work. I especially detest dusting, partly because of my allergies and partly because I hate the moving and putting back of all our lovely possessions. At this very moment you can write your name on our entertainment center, the outside of my dishwasher looks like it needs its own good wash down, and, thanks to the kids and their friends, my windows are full of tiny fingerprints. So, I happily accepted the new Pledge® Multi Surface product to review and put it to the test in my great room / kitchen / dining area. According to the manufacturer, this one can of cleaner safely cleans ALL the following surfaces:
Stainless steel • Plastics • Marble • Chrome
The aerosol cleaner comes in a pressurized, aluminum can but does not contain CFCs. It sprays easily and aims easily. Pledge Multi Surface is available in two fragrances, Lavender Fresh and Rainshower. The streak free, no residue, anti-static formula works well for cleaning electronics and lots of other things in the home. (Refer to the manufacturer for complete product information and instructions on use.)
The Brimful test? The cleaner removed the months-old grime from the outside of my dishwasher and left it shiny and clean. After unplugging the electronics in our entertainment center, my husband sprayed the product on a cloth and used it to dust the TV (screen and all) and the tops of the DVD player and receiver. He then continued using the same cloth and dusted the wooden entertainment center. Lastly, I used it to successfully wipe away the fingerprints on our patio door window. I received the Lavender Fresh fragrance. It isn't too strong or overwhelming but, to be honest, I am just not a fan of lavender cleaning products. That is just a personal preference sort of thing, not an issue with the product itself. I'd really like to see Pledge offer the product in a lemon fragrance.
I am impressed that Pledge® Multi Surface works well on so many different types of surfaces. We will keep this handy cleaner under our cabinet for fast, non-stop, whirlwind surface to surface cleaning attempts. Hopefully our house will be a little more sparkly and a little less dusty.

My dustiest place is my piano. I probably notice it more because it's one of the first things people see when then walk in and I hate that they would see dust.

The dirtiest, most dusty area in my house are my bathroom counters and around the bathroom sinks. Those are the hardest to keep clean, plus I don't really like cleaning them each day either!

Ugh.... I'm not sure I want to answer that question, LOL! But I do want to try this multi-surface cleaner out, so I'll suck it up. The dustiest dirtiest place in my house would be either the kitchen cabinets or under the couch.

Has to be under and behind the refrigerator, such a hard place to access. After that, ceiling fan blades, until I get a chance to climb up high enough to dust them off.
Follow blog,
The dustiest place in my house has to be the top of my entertainment center - dust seems to gravitate towards it!

The direst place in my home is behind the toilet.
The dirtiest, dustiest place(s) in my house would probably be the top of both Tv cabinets. They are quite tall and hard to reach.. I tend to pass them by sometimes when dusting(hey if I can't reach up there no one can see up there). I do dust them just not as often as the rest of the house.
Thanks for the chance would love to try the pledge multi surface cleaner
The dustiest place in my home in my TV stand. Why? Im not sure. Maybe static from tv draws dust in? Hope I win! :)
The dirtiest place is my curio cabinet. I need to take everything out and clean it!
