Wordless Wednesday - A Sign of Spring

My kids love our pussy willow and like to feel its furry catkins. One of the more exciting experiences in early spring.

What a lovely picture! This reminds me of my cat. She looked like a little gray fuzzball when we got her as a kitten, so we named her Willow after pussy willows.

Love Spring—who wouldn't given all the snow and gusty winds we've been having lately, right?

Beautiful! Makes me want to go and take picture of our HUGE azaleas in bloom.

That's pretty, now if only spring would start showing some signs of being a little more permanent here I would be one happy camper.

I love pussy willows. There aren't any where I live now (sniff, sniff).

Spring is my most favorite time of year. I love how things recover from winter.

I had a few branches in my house on top of a window for 2 years. Would you believe I put them outside at Christmas to get them out of the way when decorating and last week I saw them and they had bloomed...pussywillows! Who knew? :)

Wow, a blast from the past. I haven't seen pussy willows since I was a kid! Thanks for the photo!
