All the Buzz - Pooh Makes A Return

Buzz Buzz! Lookie what I found about! A sequel to Winnie-the-Pooh and The House At Pooh Corner is set to be released on October 5th, 2009. The book called Return to the Hundred Acre Wood written by David Benedictus will be the first authorized sequel ever to be published. Read all about it at Penguin Group Publishers Blog.

I look forward to seeing how it compares to the classics. The Winnie the Pooh books are filled with so many great memorable little phrases. I really can't think of another children's book character that is as well known and loved as Pooh, and I can't imagine anyone else other than A.A. Milne with a talent for writing the Poohisms. By the way, today is A.A. Milne's birthday (18 January 1882 – 31 January 1956) and also Winnie the Pooh Day!
